ABOUT THE POSITIONS:
RTM Consulting is seeking to fill a variety of consulting positions. Key roles to be filled include:
- Managing Director 10 – 15 years work experience
- Consulting Principal 6 - 10 years work experience
- Resource Manager 5 – 7 years work experience
- Business Analyst 3 - 5 years work experience
- Associate 1 - 2 years work experience
We are seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals with a track record of success in the following industries:
- IT Hardware and Software
- Professional and Consulting Services
- Support Services
- Shared Services e.g. IT, HR
In particular, we are seeking individuals that have experience with processes around resource management, staffing, and forecasting, and project/portfolio management including PMO operations, support services operations and shared services operations. Ideal backgrounds for these roles include:
- Strategy Consultants / Analysts / Associates
- HR Personnel with a strong background of partnering with line management
- IT Project Managers
- Business Transformation Project Managers and Analysts
- Resource Managers
- Support Services Managers
Typical consulting engagements include:
- Diagnostic / assessment projects to analyze a clients’ existing processes vs. RTM Consulting best practice recommendations
- Improvement roadmap development to define and articulate the necessary change program(s) Interim management of a client process to Build / Operate / Transfer the process to the client
- Business case development and monitoring in support of a transformation initiative
- RMO/PMO build outs and operations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Required
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: IT Hardware/Software, Consulting and Professional Services, Support Services and internal Shared Services operations
- Experience in one or more of the following roles: Consultant / Business Analyst / Associate; IT / Business Process Transformation Project Manager; HR Business Partner; Resource Manager; Project Manager; Support Services Manager
Preferred
FLEXIBILITY:
- RTM Consulting is flexible and willing to look at a variety of work arrangements from project based employment through full-time employee status.
- Candidates can be based anywhere, but will be required to travel in support of client engagements
- We currently have offices in Ohio and Metro Washington, DC
