Business Challenge Accelerator Session | Future Proof Professional Services: Good Foundation, Good Future

This session reviewed five key functional areas of a professional services organization. For each area, the presenters provided a sample of what good looks like based on benchmarks and best practices, transformational tips and techniques, and future trends for these areas. The areas explored were: Organization and Strategy, Go-to-Market, Project Management, Resource Management and Technology Enablement.
