RTM Consulting is looking for a business consultant with a passion for helping organizations solve problems using technology. As a key member of our Technology Practice, this person will be responsible for leading and/or contributing to digital transformation projects for consulting and professional services companies and organizations. The individual’s primary focus will be to deliver application implementation projects and will have a secondary focus on helping to grow the business via supporting sales and marketing efforts. Previous experience implementing cloud-based solutions is preferred.

Support and Field Services Practice Leader
The Practice Leader plays a critical role in: 1) managing overall growth and profitability of the practice and 2) building the organization’s delivery capability and capacity. The Practice Leader manages a Practice, which is defined as a pool of resources with similar domain knowledge and market focus. The Practice Leader reports to the company President and CEO. Title and compensation are negotiable based on candidate experience and fit to the position.

Demand Generation Representative
RTMC is seeking a candidate for the role of Demand Generation Representative. Demand generation programs and activities for training offers and technology consulting will be the primary focus of this role. The Demand Generation Rep will play a critical role as follows: 1) Support the design and execution of inside selling campaigns to selected target markets 2) Close deals 3) Help extend our demand generation outreach to the company’s core consulting business where appropriate.
