Just a few months ago we launched the Resource Management Institute (RMI) to provide the resource and workforce management community a vehicle to advance the discipline of resource and workforce management, and further the interests of the people who make up this community and the companies they work for. One of the RMI’s quarterly events are the RMI Power UP sessions. RMI Power UP is an educational webinar series covering resource management related topics. Power UP sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes, with time for questions and general discussion following the presentation. The first session, In the Cloud: Implications for Resource Management is scheduled for Tuesday, September 20 at 8AM PDT / 11 AM EDT.
RMI Advisory Board Member and Resource Management expert Marc Lacroix leads this session focused on the implications cloud solutions have for resource management. The session will cover key trends, how these trends are changing the characteristics of project delivery, and the impacts on resource management approaches.
