FORMAT: Three separate online webinar session run approximately two hours
COST: $129 per person, per session (register for all three sessions for $299 per person)
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION CREDITS: Each workshop session entitles you to obtain 2 RMCP® PCU credits and/or 2 PDU credits
Session #1 – Role & Dynamics of a Consultant
- Defines the various roles a consultant plays throughout an engagement
- Evaluates client stakeholders and provides tools on how to manage various types of stakeholders
- Introduces how to become a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to your customers
Session #2 – Communication Strategy & Tactics
- Tools and techniques for communicating various types of information through the different phases of an engagement
- Meeting and workshop facilitation
- Developing and delivering key messages
Session #3 – Identifying & Capturing Value
- Overcome the fear technical resources often have ‘up-selling’
- Define how and where to look for opportunities
- Developing and communicating value propositions

Optional Training Materials and Mailing Policy
Registrants may opt to receive training materials. Materials are not required to attend the courses. A mailing address will need to be provided by the registrant to RTM Consulting after registering. The training registration price does not include mailing cost of materials. Mailing of training materials is subject to additional fees (all shown in U.S. Dollars) to be paid at time of registration. Payment of local customs fees for mailed course materials are the responsibility of the student. Additional fees as follows:
U.S.A./Canada – $30
International – $40
Please allow 5-7 days for shipping within the continental U.S. All other locations, please allow 7-10 days. RTM Consulting generally will mail training materials within two business days after receipt of payment, but cannot guarantee a particular ship date. RTM Consulting will not provide soft copy (electronic copies) of any training materials. Expedited shipping is available, at an additional charge, for any location upon request to email@example.com.
