Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts: Virtual Consulting Skills Development Workshop
Curriculum comprised of two core modules: Role and Dynamics of a Consultant and Communication Strategy and Tactics – and an interactive case study (role play). Curriculum will be delivered in three (3) virtual instructor-led sessions as outlined in the schedule below. Each session will be 1 ½ -2 hours.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM August 5, 2020: Role and Dynamics of a Consultant
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM August 12, 2020: Communication Strategy and Tactics
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM August 19, 2020: Interactive Case Study
Each session will be recorded by RTMC. Recording will be made available to paid participants who were unable to attend the live class for 30 days. RTMC will develop one (1) client-specific case study to complement the curriculum and allow participants to practice the skills they have learned. A virtual preparation meeting for case study facilitators will be conducted in advance of the case study session.
Additional participants, beyond the 17 planned for this class, can be added at the per participant price. RTMC will set up an additional credit card payment transaction following the completion of the course for client to pay for any additional participants.
Fees do not include printed course materials. Each paid participant will receive an electronic copy of the case study. RTMC will work with client to tailor the curriculum to client terminology and examples. Customization is estimated at six (6) hours.
