The Consulting Services Practice Lead is responsible for the formalization, creation, building and growth of the Company’s consulting services practice that results in an agile, process-oriented response to advisory services that accelerate client success. The primary focus of this role is to build a structure that can grow with the business, recruit high-quality advisor resources to support consultants and client teams to drive results by accelerating adoption of the company’s solutions. Individual will be responsible for building a practice that can achieve and exceed revenue and margin expectations and work cross-functionally to engage the business in the growth of the practice. This individual will also be responsible for setting delivery standards that provide Company’s clients with ongoing support and coaching on the application of Company’s solution methods and tools to help accelerate client success.

Support and Field Services Practice Leader

The Practice Leader plays a critical role in: 1) managing overall growth and profitability of the practice and 2) building the organization’s delivery capability and capacity. The Practice Leader manages a Practice, which is defined as a pool of resources with similar domain knowledge and market focus. The Practice Leader reports to the company President and CEO. Senior Training Consultant

RTM Consulting is looking for a Senior Training Consultant with a passion for teaching PS professionals how to be better consultants. This person will be responsible for delivering core training materials to customers in a classroom environment and must be able to teach and facilitate from current industry best practices and real-world examples. The candidate must possess at least 10 years of work experience in Professional Services as a consultant and/or delivery leader. Previous experience delivering training is a plus.

Senior Consultant, PSA Solutions Architect

RTM Consulting is looking for a solutions architect with a passion for helping organizations solve problems using technology. This person will be responsible for delivering Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions. Training Consultant

The Training Consultant will support the Training and Skills Development Practice for RTM Consulting. The consultant will work closely with the Practice Lead to develop and execute against the strategy for the practice. The consultant will need to be able to think strategically as well as be hands on with the training delivery and content. Demand Generation Representative

The Demand Generation Representative will play a critical role as follows: 1) Under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Marketing, support the design and execution of inside selling campaigns to selected target markets 2) Assist with marketing activities to build and manage our segmented marketing database and use same to build awareness of our target offers in the marketplace 3) Help extend our demand generation outreach to the Company’s core consulting business where appropriate and 4) Training reseller identification.
